Appointment and Cancellation Policy

 

Because of the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make an advance reservation for any of our treatments.  You can secure a reservation for multiple services by phone, or in person, using your Discover, Master Card or Visa Credit card.

 

Since we strive to provide such personal service to our clients, no-shows in cancellations impact us significantly. A full fee is charge to your charge card for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.

 

Arrival Policy

 

Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time.  This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form and prepare for your first service.  Early arrival allows for a relaxed, unhurried experience.  If late arrival is unavoidable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

 

Valuables

 

We suggest that you please leave your valuables at home. Many of our treatments require removal of jewelry, and we regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories, or for misplaced items.

 

Return Policy

 

We strive for complete satisfaction with all of our skin and body products. If you decide it is not the right product for you and provided that half of the original amount of product is unused, we will gladly take it back and exchange it for another product within 7 days of the original purchase. Exchanges only, no cash or credit card refunds.
